Contract law regulates the basic conditions of contracts that are defined by the BGB (civil code) and specified by a variety of further rules. Among other things, it is governed how a contract is concluded, under what circumstances it is valid and under what conditions a contract can be changed, challenged or cancelled.
Contract law includes not only „traditional“ contracts in paper mould, but also those contracts which were concluded verbally or on the internet. We provide comprehensive advice in the creation and design of contracts, their completion, termination and enforcement of claims.
If in individual cases notarial assistance should be necessary, we are cooperating with a notary successfully for years.
